Came in store with the family just to ask a few questions about a deal we saw on the facebook page. Julie was honestly so amazing, she came across as kind, funny and professional. We had confirmed answers by her which cleared up any doubts we were having and even decided to book a flight for April on the spot thanks to her brilliant suggestions. I?d recommend TUI to anyone for a perfect flight, I love to travel with them and it?s my go to anyway! Thanks again!

I spoke with Andrew several times trying to get a trip to Benidorm sorted and each time he was there to help, very patient every little thing that I needed to discuss he was able to check for me. Will be back to see him for my Gran Can booking!!

Tom Stewart. Booked online through website not store. (Wishing now it was store booked)Went to Lady Hamilton jamaica. Booked with TUI. Never again. Absolutely no after care. None of our complaints have been addressed. I actually tripped over a missing floor tile and injured myself. TUI have blatantly disregarded us. I wasted £12000 on this holiday. Hotel food was so bad we tried to come home a week early. The pool was dirty and had scum floating on top of the water. I have informed TUI I have photos. TUI have in their ignorance closed my complaints without addressing. Do not use TUI once they have your money you're no use to them. Shameful.

Staff here are extremely qualified helpful polite and friendly also they go more than above to help with everything you require for your holiday. I would definitely recommend ? anybody to book here for the best booking experience ever at this store thanks to all that helped me especially Julie she is a credit to your team.
