Used TSB for 12 years, not a very good service. Using TSB has been a pain when buying a house. First of all, pulling banks statements has been a pain, furthermore, can't transfer deposit money to solicitor due to limits. Absolutely ridiculous, in the process of changing banks already.

I would give zero stars if possible.
I hope someone from TSB head office reads this, after the experience I've just had I'm considering closing my account with TSB when I've banked with them for over 25 years.
I checked the branch was open on Google maps and it says open, so I walked 2.5 miles because that's my nearest branch, only to find the branch is temporarily closed with just a small notice on the door which didn't give any details of when they expect to open again.
I tried to use the machine to deposit cash but that was not an option, what a terrible experience.
I'll be changing my account to a bank with a local branch this week.

Firstly spoke i to Rabia on the telephone to arrange sorting our accounts out, we called in today to meet her as she politely asked us to go and see her to sort these out, she did everything updating our accounts. Rabia is Very patient, very professional and I?d say an asset to TSB well done

Not enough staff today. Some away on holiday. Don't know if anyone was off ill. The bank was full of people waiting to be seen.

Terrible service. Staff prefers talking to each other about night outs than helping customers with quarries. Cash ran out of counter at 14:45 and been told to come back tomorrow and try your luck

Amazing service by Bisma @ longsight Tsb branch. Had difficulties initially opening a new account, attended the longsight branch, met Bisma who guided me through the whole application very patiently. ( as my IT skills are not the best application took longer then it should have, so yes thank you Bisma !!!)

I?m new to TSB and this is one in Longsight is my local bank and the only one left standing in this area and it?s always busy never enough staff and they are closed on Saturdays which I find crazy, most of the time I just want to deposit money but even to do that it?s so long. The machine outside don?t give much options like the machine on the inside. I?v rang up this morning and they?ve said I can go to a post office and deposit money that way.
