Absolutely no sense of urgency, one cashier available, and no consideration of any inconvenience for those queuing. When opening hours restrict people?s ability to access the branch during their working days, this is just unacceptable.

You guys at Eccles really started my day off bad .. you didn't open on time, and this happens very often now, i was very late to college because of this, and that means I was behind with my studies. Which made me very stressed. This is misleading. As you said, you open 9 am today, and it should be 9 am. Not the two staff ladies walking very slow to the bank when they know very well that they were late and everyone's waiting outside the rain for them.
And eventually after they opened I asked the lady to deposit £150 each to my current account she only deposited £50 each and i only realise this after I left the bank when I was already at college so because of this I had to leave college early to get this money into my account .
I will be switching my account soon as this bank is not reliable.

not happy with the recent change in opening times, 9?3? most people will be working and will not be able to get to the bank without taking time off, feels like they are purposely making it difficult, I wouldn't be surprised if branch closes soon, as currently they are obviously not accommodating most people.

Excellent bank ?? went in today to the eccles branch of the tsb to sort out why I couldn't log into my tsb app and the guy behind the counter (didnt get his name) was really helpful jolly and polite patient and had a excellent knowledge. My problem was sorted out in no time. Well done tsb for employing such great staff. Give that guy a promotion ?

There is 3 TSB branches in Manchester.Eccles, Market Street. And Stockport Road, and therfore all those customers in Eccles and 3 miles around it have to deal with 1 cashier in the branch and wait for hours sometimes.Absolutely nightmare and disgusting service.They should do better, cuz I started considering moving to Barclays where there will be more people yo help rather than queueing up all my break time.

PETTY THIEVERY. Clowns and jesters work here. A stinky and smelly branch. No hygeine standards what so ever. Felt like I walked into a rubbish pit full of animal carcasses. Deposited some money today using the out of date cash envelope deposit box. This was just before 1pm. Was told the money would be in the account before 3.30pm. Upon checking around 4pm no money. Only to recieve a phone call 45min later saying the money amount was 20 short. Even tho I trippled check before handing it in. I am wise and sharp with my money. And how much goes in. Also it had been " checked " by staff that it was 20 short. So. Who ever opend the money envelope must have skimmed 20 off. Then counted. And acted all innocent. Absolute pathetic low life person. Must have really needed that 20 to stoop low and steal other peoples money. Maybe needed it to fund a dirty habbit or an addiction. I do not know. As if the banks and GOVN dont take enough from us all ready. You have to go a step further to rob a 20. Rubbish staff. Rubbish bank. Whole company is a shambles. Will be closing tsb account down very soon. No wonder tsb ratings are so low......
