A shop with very high evaluation, good service attitude of staff and an ideal shopping plaza.

A good place to get materials from the staff however need to work on their attitudes, not very approachable and the lad who FAILED to serve me on my last visit couldn't even process a purchase for simple bag of grout, had to drive miles to another merchants, l won't visit that branch again.

Great service. Scott Dave and Michelle are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The other staff are very helpful, especially Craig and Pat on the yard. Jay in the hire department goes above and beyond constantly to keep my business moving.

Excellent service from Scott Robinson at TP Manchester branch. Cannot thank him enough for sourcing my gravel, arranging delivery and excellent communication on the numerous orders that I placed. Sean, James and Scott are so polite and helpful. Make coming in for materials easy and they make it by far the best building merchant I've been into.
