“My Wife and I visited Kuoni Manchester to book our Honeymoon to Thailand, we dealt with Bekki both over the phone and via email. Bekki looked after us fantastically, she used her own knowledge and that of others in the group who had visited the areas we wanted to travel to, Kuoni arranged 5 separate locations for us with connecting transfers (car and boat). all the hotels we stayed at were stunning and we could not fault any of them, the transfers were all safe, clean and on time, we didn't have to worry or think the entire time. Bekki worked hard to generate multiple options for us, she kept us informed and was always there to answer any questions we had, the whole experience was fantastic.thank you, you really made our holiday!”

“I organised a trip for 14 people to Sauze d'oulx for the end of January, initially through Crystal 's website. Being 14 meant there were a few changes, speaking to reps over the phone had mixed results, some very knowledgeable, some not quite so and some almost useless.The Chillfactore is relatively close so l called in ,what a difference things discussed and sorted out immediately . One particular chap , Wesley, was very helpful so when had the opportunity for a late season holiday l was very glad to speak to him. He was very helpful and again very knowledgeable about numerous resorts. Patient, as we keeped asking about different options, ans overall very helpful, so much so we booked there and then.It's fine booking online if you are keeping it simple or have an idea of what you want but you can never beat the personal touch. All future holidays to now be booked the Crystal shop in the Chillfactore.”

Super friendly staff with the best attitude and first hand experiences!We have booked to go to California next year but had to change this due to personal reasons, no problem for the team, Lynette has been absolutely brilliant and we’re now looking to move this back until 2025.If you’re not sure exactly what you want, go in have a talk with the team there and they can inspire you with their own trips without pushing what to do when.Couldn’t recommend a better place to book my holiday! Answered all our questions with great patience and understanding. Ammara at Peterborough branch was very helpful in getting everything together before we set off. Faheem (Makkah) and Sabir (Madinah) were both brilliant in arranging the transport as promised. The drivers were very helpful, the hotels were nice and were exactly as described.
