Great location for Old Trafford. Staff very friendly and keen to give you an enjoyable stay. Lovely room and was given breakfast in the price to beat online booking site. Can leave car on site after check out which is ideal for going to a match at OT and picking car up afterwards. Only £4 a day parking. Great value and would defo visit again.Nearby activities: Only 10 - 15 min walk to old trafford

Stopped here with the family, their were 4 of us, as we was going to visit the Manchester United ground under 10 min drive from hotel too ground. Staff were friendly in the hotel, food was nice decent portions, kids portions were fab. Had discount for food as we stopped there which was great, drinks are reasonably priced. Staff were friendly.Only down fall for me, was i booked the king suite to accommodate 4 ppl. I was understander the impression at least one bed would be a king size bed, however it was two beds joined together, which was pretty uncomfortable, as the bed was moving apart, did report this to reception and spoke to a male who advised he would put a joint protector on the bed so beds don't move apart. Stopped here for two nights, however nothing seemed to be done, my bed was uncomfortable, so didn't have the best sleep, as if I went towards the middle of the bed they would drift apart. Someone came to clean the room, but looks like the they just changed the towels and topped up the coffee, room still looked the same and so did beds. Overall would of been a great experience it it wasn't for that

Lovely helpful staff. We had qn event at the hotel before they converted the large restaurant and events room into bedrooms. Bogi and team were awesome!I have since returned for Afternoon Tea and the staff is just as lovely. Afternoon Tea is good as well. However, I preferred the layout before the renovations.

It was clean and the staff were nice enough. But for me the pictures painted a very different perception of the whole place. Personally I would not use it again. Only reason I was comfortable there that weekend was that I was helping my daughter decorate and was not my normal tidy best.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Location was very good and convenient for me. The reception team was very attentive and helpful to make our stay awesome. The food from the restaurant was really nice.

Firstly, the bedsheets were stained and dirty! It was so disgusting that I slept with no bed sheets. I went in the morning to go get breakfast and come back to see the room dirty? I thought it would be cleaned but turns out not. I then asked the receptionist if they could get someone to change the dirty bedsheets and they said they can?t because housekeeping left. So then I asked if they could bring me a new blanket entirely, and he said he would do it- I come back and nothing. Service is bad. I wouldn?t recommend coming here.

The hotel is located at an excellent spot near Old Trafford! Ideal for united fans . The Staff were really pleasant and made our stay a peaceful one. Roshan and Ajay were especially very warm to our group, and took care of their duties in a dutiful way! Will choose same hotel again for sure if I visit Old Trafford for a match.

I don?t usually write these however I?d hate for anyone to be to feel as uncomfortable and as unwanted as we was here, nor would I like anyone to experience the disgusting facilities at this ?hotel?.We arrived at the hotel after a 3 hour drive from Lincolnshire as a relaxing weekend away with high hopes of a nice relaxing stay at what seemed a nice hotel.We were greeted by?.. well nobody as the receptionists were all too busy interacting, laughing and showing eachother their phones, despite seeing we had arrived, after a couple of minutes we were seen too, the rude receptionist never welcomed us or see us to our room, were just told we had to carry our luggage to our room, despite having no lift, we slogged up several flights of stairs.We were made to feel nothing but an inconvenience and like were nothing but unwelcome.We got to our room after what seemed like a never ending marathon, we were exhausted and quite shell-shocked by the greet we got.My partner went to use the toilet and a quite disgusting but obvious smell came from the bathroom, and the toilet was blocked and wouldn?t flush.Now we didn?t want to be seen as EVEN MORE of an inconvenience so we didn?t take the long stroll back downstairs, we just simply shut the door.There was constant noise from surrounding rooms and doors banging etc, which you have to allow in an hotel we accept.However sleep time comes around, the room is getting remarkably colder, and we notice the window was ceased, mouldy and wouldn?t close!So we wrapped up and said that we?d inform them they ask us how our stay was (as hotels do), further into the night the noise from everywhere meant we had absolutely no sleep. We was eager to leave.We got to reception and they simply took the key and said ?you?re free to leave?, without even asking if everything was okay.So we had a moment and said to save hassle or feeling any morof an inconvenience we will simply email our concerns when we get home.We emailed, and was met back with still absolutely no appropriate response and what seemed like bullsh*t excuses to do with their ?policy? etc.. they offered 40% off our next stay which to me and my partner feel like a kick whilst we were down, and a total inappropriate offer considering?They were soon to repsond with a complimentary stay when we wanted to book again, which we were adamant we would never go back, and explained. To this we requested a reimbursement, to be fed more lies.I didnt want to have to do this however I wouldnt like somebody else?s hard earned money to be wasted on this hotel and experience.
