Do yourself a favour and save yourself some time, just go to Screwfix!!
This store is literally over the road from our office, so we have used it on a handful of occasions. Never great, but today was the last time that we ?save time? going over the road to Toolstation. We ordered some hot glue gun sticks for collection. Sent my 20-something year old colleague to collect. They wouldn?t give them to him because he didn?t have proof of age. So, I went and showed them my proof of age (am 57 YO BTW) and the absurd jobsworth woman working the counter said they still cannot hand over the glue sticks. This, after queuing 10 minutes to get served. Anyway, I didn?t bother to wait for their next ludicrous reason not to hand over hot glue sticks (which don?t contain solvents BTW). I went to Screwfix and had them in my hand minutes later. I urge you to do the same

Just been to the Toolstation Trafford Park, really helpful couple of Lads on the desk , I was buying something for a couple of quid but they went right out of there way to help, impressed.
