I am very disappointed with the service my elderly father received at your store. When he approached the counter carrying his broken door lock, the staff member ( older lady ) at the counter dismissed him without checking stock and told him that none were available. This was both unhelpful and discouraging.
While my father waited outside in the car, I searched your website and quickly found the exact lock along with its product number. I then called the store and provided these details to another staff member, which proves the item was in fact available.
This experience caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided.

Rushed in late on a Friday for a shower replacement as an Electrician.
Suzanne was very patient and helpful with helping me to figure out what I needed. Not the closest hardware store but definitely the best.

An efficient and friendly place to pick up hardware and DIY stuff. Staff are helpful and quick when processing orders and usually have good knowledge of the products in the catalogue.

East park, staff are helpful. I?ve bought four USB sockets. Two of them are with type C which are not working at all. Please avoid buy yup C sockets at their.
