Staff are now telling customers to finalise and head to the tills 30-40 mins before close. Staff block off the upstairs department to stop customers browsing during this period too. Staff are walking round telling customers to go to the tills or leave basically?bit frustrating to be told what do to during the stores opening hours.

Been to this store a couple of times and more than four times I?ve walked out without buying the things I wanted to buy. I just think as a big company to have all cashier tills for some reason you only ever have one or two tills on a time which leads to long queues which nobody wants to wait in sort yourselves out TK Maxx all these tills and only 1 ore 2 on at a time what is wrong with you?

Very awkward when what I can only assume is the manager was speaking to one of the staff members like actual dirt on the shop floor infront of multiple customers. Have the decency to pull him to one side and don?t be so argumentative and humiliating when speaking to your staff. 3.1.24 7:30pm.

Good variety. Lots of clothes, shoes and toys for everyone. Downside is very long queues during busy times. Other than this it's a friendly store with lots of parking.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the TK Maxx Manchester Fort store on 7/10/24. There was a pricing error on a product, but the staff, including the manager Roshanak, were rude and dismissive when I asked for the displayed price to be honored. To make matters worse, they then forgot to remove the security tags from my items, adding further frustration to my visit. Despite spending £100 Overall, the customer service was unprofessional rude and disappointing. Will not be visiting this brand again.
