I took in four pairs of my most well-loved Dr Martens for some long overdue TLC. The heels and insoles needed replacing and they were in a sorry state. However, Jon worked his magic and did an absolutely amazing job and I am so happy with the result. He breathed life back into my shoes and I am delighted to be able to wear them again! The service I received was exemplary- efficient, high quality and extremely personable. I will definitely return for any future repairs and would recommend anyone local to do the same. I couldn?t recommend this store more, Jon replaced my suitcase wheel so quickly and was so helpful. I am originally from Buxton and they advised to come to Jon to replace the broken wheel. He was so helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend for anything you need especially suitcase wheels!

I walked here early morning with falling pants because my belt needed more holes as I have lost some weight. I lovely, friendly and well spoken gentleman quickly assisted me and punched 3 extra holes in my belt. Great service that was.

A very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman working in this branch. Price very competitive, not like the one in Arndale Centre which tried to charge me £99 for a life time car key battery. Highly recommended and will come back if I need their service again.
