Wow these guys were super helpful on our recent visit and always are . I have a three package and my husband always gets a roaming sim with them when we travel . Manager and the staff's customer service is excellent , they give great advice without being excessively pushy . 100% recommend

I had the worst experience with their customer service. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, providing absolutely no proper information about my billing details. If you're thinking of getting a deal with Three, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable customer care center.

Unhelpful staff, what ever I ask they will just give three numbers to call.
And then being forced through lengthy automated phone prompts to finally speaking to a person closing his nose by his fingertips and barely hearing him, being transferred multiple times, ONE has giving me a heart attack TT.
A lack of empathy from a service, NOT met by a service, it constitutes a horrible experience.
Lack of communication and ignoring customer concerns.

First attempt to upgrade my phone at the 3 store on Market street was a nightmare, it resulted in me walking out after being left sat at a desk for over half an hour. I was reluctant to try again (albeit at a different store) but thankfully my experience here, at the Trafford Centre store, was the complete opposite! Huge thank you to Sean - give that guy a raise, bonus - whatever it takes to show appreciation for this wonderful employee of yours. Two phone upgrades completed in no time at all by this lovely, professional polite guy - thanks Sean.

Perfect and helpful advice from Sean/Shaun.
I had over an hour long online chat to Three before deciding coming into the store. The onlinr chat did not solve my issue. I was seen in store immediately and Sean/Shaun?s advice took around 30 seconds. Issue resolved. Many thanks Sean/Shaun.

I have been trying to call the store for 2 days straight and absolutely no one ever picks up, what's the point in having a number and asking customers to call for information if you're not going to bother to pick up?
