The girl that served me didn't know much about Samsung which she admitted so fair enough but she asked her co-worker what the difference between two Samsungs were and he just said the camera. The other staff in the shop seemed unfriendly and the clearly didnt care about customer satisfaction. I left not knowing what phone to get and disappointed in three service who I have been a loyal customer to for many years.

Very very rude employees. Find it racial as well the lady Isabell sound so arrogant and didn't want to give us the information.
Right away entering into the outlet she rudely ask to step on a side. Feel embarrassed infront of my family.

I have been to the Three shop on Market Street in Manchester many times. I must say that most of the people working there are helpful, but I have to mention Attique in particular. He has helped me and my husband thousands of times with our mobile issues. He answers my questions very well, and always gives excellent advice.

The employees were soooo nice they were very helpful and as it was my first time coming into store they talked me through my plans very thoroughly and explained everything so well allowing me to leave with a plan I am very comfortable with I will be back in 3 months .

It was a great experience the lady who helped me out she was amazing I?m not very great when it comes down to technology. She?s very patient and took her time to explain to me what my options were even helping me out on some of the technology. I didn?t understand. Her name is Mian they still was the one on market Street in Manchester City Centre some of the best Customer Service I?ve had in a long time and I also work in Customer Service for the last 20 years she?s an asset to your team and I hope to get to recognise for her great service

The rudest customer service I?ve ever experienced. I?ve never complain usually but I?ve been having problems with my ESIM and the online service told me they couldn?t do anything and that I need to go into the shop to get it sorted. Not only did they not help me at all, the person Attique (though I doubt they gave me their real name) was incredibly rude, refused to help, didn?t tell me what to do next. So I?ve left after paying for a data plan that I can?t use. Absolutely won?t be using Three ever again. Thank god didn?t get into a contract with them. And I?ll be complain to the Ombudsman.

The most useless employees, I walked in and half the staff were just cackling at the front desk, then when I asked about a problem, she kept telling me to just call them instead?? I?m here anyway why not try to help?
Honestly most useless store, might as well replace them all with AI, at least the ai would be more helpful ?
