Love this place, the staff don?t bug you, just a friendly greeting at the door when you enter. Everytime I come by Manchester I make it a point to stop and check what they have to offer, as well as have a nice chat.If you know what you are looking for, keep an open but confident mind, and they will sort you out. Be sure to communicate what you?re looking for!

Walked in and was stood there and despite this the staff ignored me and then went to tend to 2 separate men who came into the shop after me. Just walked around and then left as no one to look after me and sell me whisky, despite there being 3 staff and 2 of them free. I recommend to tend to all your customers regardless of them being men, women or young or old! I will not be shopping with you and will take my custom elsewhere.

Wow ,, I love this Shop - if your a whisky lover this is the place for you. Oddly enough I?ve never bought anything from here for myself - tend to buy gifts ,, everyone loves a Bottle from Here.Broke with tradition and wandered in last week - treated myself to a bottle of my favourite Malt and yes I know - I can get it cheaper elsewhere but why not.I think this place is more for the true connoisseur really with a huge range of wonderful bottles at some quite incredible prices.I?ve never felt hassled in the shop ,, the Staff let you browse at leisure which I like and come to your aid when you need them - it?s a wonderful Shop & a must visit.

I'll confess I have not shopped here yet! However on my way to work in Manchester this morning my paper bag disintegrated causing all my belongings to spill out. (Paper bag + rain do not mix!) A couple of kind people ran over to help me grab my things and I managed to balance them all on my arms as I carried on to work. Then a lovely person from the whisky shop ran over with one of their retail bags for me to put my things in and I was so grateful, it really made my day! I'd just like to say thank you so much to the person that helped me and if that's how you treat a stranger in the street then I've no doubt they are very attentive a kind to their customers also! I have a few relatives that love whiskey and I will be sure to definitely pass them your way.Thanks again!Leah ?

Very friendly, great choices. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable and and more than helpful when helping us decide on the perfect whiskey I purchased for a present with specific instructions
