Had to stay there a few times last year and the start of this year and each time a great experience. Comfortable and clean rooms, wonderful staff, great facilities. Rooms are cold, heating is not working properly and when i asked for portable heater they said we can’t provide, you have to adjust like this and there is no Shower gel in bathroom, smelly bathroom, on top no refund’s can’t even leave the hotel. Never recommended ??
