Terrible customer service returned items two months ago for refund items gone missing made numerous calls and emails to north face customer service no response ... eventually after two months of head trashing found the missing parcel at yodel this was caused by an incorrect return label north face sent me ... still no refund and response to my emails and Facebook messenger...

Poor customer service. I purchased a 450 pound coat 10 months ago, only wearing it for last 3 months. It developed a fault, manager looked at it and accepted as fault, but he sent a request to head office, it been a week and heard nothing so far. I think the manager is a head weight guy and needs some training. It?s unfortunate I switched to northface and brought some many clothes. it is sad that I don?t want to use my local store anymore.

Poor customer service. Very unhelpful manager!Needed to exchange a coat for the next size up. Manager said he was unable to do this as it had been purchased at another store. Had proof of purchase and coat in original condition with labels in bag etc. Refused to exchange.
