Your typical spoons food which is always much of a muchness and the only thing that varies is the staff and service. Which in this case was both brilliant. Really nice pub and food/ drinks came very quickly. Great staff. No issues.

Ordered breakfast and asked to swap something off for something else but they wouldn't allow it. They took said item off but still charged me full price. Any other Wetherspoons I have been to have absolutely no problem swapping stuff but this place refuses.

A cosy Wetherspoons right in what you could call the heart of Manchester. On Saturday nights, after 9pm, they clear a space for a dance floor and the DJ spins all the classics, which really turns the place into a great laugh. Much better than queueing for hours to get into one of the neighbouring club-style spots ? here, you can just have a few drinks, a bit of a boogie with your mates, and enjoy yourself. The staff work as quickly as they can, and everything else is exactly what you?d expect from a ?Spoons

Always busy in here but service always good, the food we had was hot and tasty, we wanted craft cider (out of box) but they did not do it (do in other weatherspoons) should be standard.

Absolutely disgusting and abusive bouncers. Open entry I was asked to remove my baseball cap, which is did, showing that there was nothing underneath. Later on when I entered one of them came after me telling me how I dared to put it back on. I told him that I removed it as I was asked, showing I had nothing to hide. I was shouted at, the bouncer was aggressive to me saying that I cannot wear my baseball cap. I asked him if he was serious as there were literally 3 meters away from me numerous people wearing hats, caps and all sorts. I was asking for clarification but I got nothing but abusive and aggressive behaviour. 10 seconds later another bouncer showed up to show some muscles, more aggressive behaviour. When I asked them to clarify why I was picked on and not others, I was told I would be removed from the premises. Unacceptable and inconsistent, arrogant staff, absolutely disgusting.

Awesome spot. 2-5 weekday meal deals with drink, bloody good wings, huge variety of beer on tap and a great price. Highly recommend this place (or any other weatherspoon) to anyone visiting the UK for the first time.
