I have been going to the salon for years. This time I tried something new. They did individual twists to maximise and define my curls. I have never received so many compliments on my curls.I should also say that they worked very quickly. I have very thick hair and it is quite long so I was surprised at how efficient they were.

The best experience I have had! When it comes to Afro hair and specifically 4c hair they are expert in the field. I had a keratin treatment done and beaded weave application and I would highly recommend these two services as an alternative to the traditional sew-ins.Staff is polite and makes you feel welcomed. Wonderful service. I have attended twice now for a keratin treat. That similar to a perm.Always accommodating and ensures everything is done so I am leaving happy. My hair is treated so well. Something I am quite particular on. Clearly knows their field well ??

1. They charge £15 for a patch test which is literally a cotton bud dipped in the solution and dabbed on your neck. - unheard of or unseen of from anywhere. Thereafter they take a 50% deposit of the treatment before any appointment is made. All of this NONE REFUNDABLE.2. The owner did not listen to the advice having had the procedure done for 15 years by a lady who moved abroad. She aggressively insisted the neutraliser solution only requires 3 mins . In my experience it has been left on for a minimum of 20 at the other salons and yielded a result. When i said i didn?t want the solution removing she ran to the door, locked it and trapped me . i felt scared , vulnerable and threatened. she said loudly ?i?m going to get someone? . fearing for my safety i allowed her to wash of the solution and to no surprise it had only been 5 mins now there was no curls even on the hair she?d managed to roll . she tried to blame the fact the hair was short however a large proportion was placed into the rollers and did not become curly due to incorrect procedures. i can provide photo evidence. i left feeling hurt scared and anxious at the way i had been made to feel.Service: Perms
