The most important thing is they are always available via email and calls, They are responded within 15 minutes and efficient services for maintenance. Never find this agent unless you wanna suffer.100% unprofessional, and will find any ridiculous way to make you difficult. Even you cleaned the flat properly, they will still find some existing, already shown on the inventory report to bring you trouble to deduct your deposit.

Great service, quick response. Help me rent my first and second home in the UK. They have a staff, Danny Lao who could speak Chinese and Cantonese, he is very helpful. Robert is the director, he is a nice guys and offer a lot of help and suggestions to me. Actually, not only Danny and Robert, but all staff there have helped me a lot. Thanks.

I'm a working professional who was a tenant for 18 months with these cowboys. I moved into a property to find stains on the walls, a broken toilet, broken chair and poor quality kitchen flooring. The apartment hadn't been decorated prior to our move. We also had to ask to replace extremely poor quality mattresses which took 6 months.At the end of our tenancy, they tried to claim £700 of our deposit and refused to return it after making false claims about the condition of the property. I had to go through a dispute with the 'DPS deposit scheme' which has finally been resolved 2 months later. THANK GOD!Absolutely appalling behaviour from them in such difficult times. Would not recommend at all, worst agency I've ever experienced.
