Staff are always so polite. Very quiet however polite and respectful. Machines are great, reasonably priced and the dryers are amazing. ??

Useful and effective. Different sized washing machines and drying is 50p/4mins. You can swap notes for change here too

Worst experience. The guy standing there is so rude. I put my clothes in machine and go to him to take cash from AtM when i came back the other machines near to my clothes he filled with clothes and i put coins in wrong machine where he put their/customer clothes and i start the machine. After that i relaized i put coin in wrong machine i asked he to give me my coins because he was going to put his coin i same machine. He laughed and said i can't give you money you did mistake. I can give you only surf. How rude he was. They are theif. Even their machine didn't wash clothes properly. I will never comeback. I am also gonna complain in counsal

When I had a problem with the dryer the man said to me when are you going to learn how to dry your clothes instead of saying I'm sorry the dryer isn't working here's your two pound back. My washing machine has been broken for months so I spend about £70 every time I come to wash my clothes you would think he would appreciate having such a loyal customer but no instead he replies you're hogging all the dryers and taking too much time at the time I was using 2 dryers and allowing other customers to go before me who felt I should have been given an extra dryer as I had been there all day and I had the most clothes to dry. And now they've increased the price of dryers reducing the time by 2 minutes and yet a lot of their dryers seem to be out of order or faulty which makes no sense to me at all. But all in all the vibes there are always good you meet nice people there and laundry etiquette is practiced by everyone. So it's not a bad place to be. An example of what a £70 load of washing looks like is added to this review. Tbf it does include one blanket, bed sheets, underwear, 12 towels, 2 large coats and every day clothes. Had to edit the review so the last time I went to the launderette the gentlemen who works there that I had a problem with assisted me in drying my clothes and helped save me £20 so I guess the do know what they're doing. I stand corrected.

Dryers are red hot and will get through 2 loads in 25- 30 mins. Its 50p for 4 mins, I usually pay no more that £4.00 for 2 loads as they are big dryers.
The machines take 50p / £1.. many reviews on here are angry as they didn't read the instructions. Its simple.

Really love this place clean and fresh place staff helpfull apart from the asian lady that doesn?t smile and is rude to customers when we pay your wages to keep you in the job no manners nothing won?t help with the money and washing powder stuff to buy from them but I like it when the polish lady was here she was nice hard working lady poor customer service where and rude smelly woman in the shop and always busy here
