Only gave 1 star because I'm not able to give any less, but my 3year old granddaughter walked behind a clothes rail where only staff are allowed, I immediately went and got her only for a snotty shop worker to be shouting she's not allowed behind there I said that's why I've got her but she insisted on shouting but she's not allowed behind there, your staffs attitude towards small children is disgusting we'll never buy anything from your charity anywhere if this is how staff talk to 3year old children

got a pair of shoes a while ago from here, they dont really fit but theyre nice (absolutely no issues with this experience). went in to try some other shoes today and they didnt fit my legs properly, i was completely aware of this and took the shoe off and tried to just move on from it and instead received a bunch of unwanted, unwarranted and insulting advice out of nowhere about how to lose weight specifically in my legs, i never asked for any advice in the first place either and i didnt give any sort of impression that i did want it. it was really uncomfortable and embarrassing. nice employees but unintentionally insulting words. also the logo on this shop is outdated as it uses puzzle pieces.

Great place to donate to or buy something from, since it will be going towards a good cause. If anyone wants to volunteer, ask a member of staff, speaking about the staff they friendly and helpful. The store is easy to find.
