Zofia! Amazing as always, memorised our fussy order perfectly and was all correct. Consider us impressed.
Great service and good quality food this time around. 4* for food as quality with food isn?t consistent, good most of the time but can be disappointing (we visit a lot) but overall major improvement from our last visit.

Worst burger I ever eat. Cold beef and bacon, cold chicken and fries. Avoid this place. Cost around £20 each burger. Absolutely not worth.

Probably one of the worst TGI?s I?ve had in a long time? The first two person we spoke to was fine then a man was Italian he had glasses who had no clue what day it was and just seemed abrupt as hell! I was with my little girl who is 8 and asked for an ice cream with her meal which was the first thing I asked for! and when it came to the end he said it comes separate and they are not serving ice cream! Eventually I convinced him to get the ice cream for her! The chips were salty as the ocean and the beans literally could have been mistaken for little bricks as you can see in that photo! I told him about the beans and he said they may not be able to make more i complained again and finally got an ice cream which was the most snide portion I have seen in TGI Fridays with a drip of chocolate sauce with no other options and I paid full price for this. I would not come here ever again due to the lack of communication and customer service and food absolute toilet food!

Food came after about five minutes but was cold so obviously I?ve been sat there before we arrived then they said they was going to make me another one and it be ready in five minutes. I waited 20 still no burger we ended up walking out after 45 minutes with no food.

Good food but service was terrible. Menus are ripped to pieces, no chance of a refill or colouring for the kids. The server didn't want to do desert so the kids were disappointed. It seemed like all tables were forgotten about despite it being only 50% full. We saw one table waiting 30 minutes for the bill whilst waiting for refills. We removed the tip that was added without asking. I really should have read the reviews about service being poor.

Didn't give us cutlery.
Ribs were cold. Shouldn't be serving cold pork.
Had to find someone to pay the bill for the drinks so we could leave to get some food.
Always enjoyed fridays but not this time.

I ordered the calamari (which was lukewarm at best) and the sweet potato fries (which looked to have been burnt to smitherines.
Discusting , bland food.
Servers were stood around talking whilst there was at least 10 dirty tables in each section.

I book a table for my husband birthday which was clearly stated upon booking and was bit dissapointed there was no complimentary treat no mentioning no nothing - i understandit's not party of 8 but i'd at leazt expect a happy birthday if i mentioned this on the booking... we ordered Cheese & Maple Bacon Loaded Potato Skins with 3 burgers, potato tots and unlimited refil coke so let me start from begining:
Appetiser- loaded skins came same time as main burgers but okay, the taste of the becon was absolutely horrendous it smells and taste like old hog rather than maple becon and was uneatable and disgusting (and we had a big portuon - well lesson learned!!!!)
Main burgers were very good and we absolutely enjoyed them.
Potato tots - never get them had to go and find the guy responsible for our section to remind him of missing item and ask for refil - tots came in, which i can't say about refill ?
We skipped desert even thou i had one free on the TGI app because honestly we could not be arsed to wait
As for the first experience - i'd say i'm not impressed - service was okay considering it was busy but the food lukewarm and below average considering price you pay....

What a disappointing and mediocre experience that was.
The kids meals were dry and boring. No sign of the healthy side of fruit/veg.
Brownie was just stodge, the kids wouldn't eat it.
The adult food was over seasoned, and mostly unappetising. I'm gutted at how bad the sesame chicken strips were.
Service was slow and whilst the guy was helpful and mostly correctly handled our order, he had the most disinterested attitude the whole time.
That's my last visit to TGI, such a shame.
Edit: They responded to this review asking me to reach out to their team, so I did. No reply, no response, nothing back. Kinda as expected.

awful experience, been enjoying tgi for years, but they have really gone down hill, the portion sizes were tiny, so overpriced! i had macaroni ?cheese? which was tasteless and awful, just fake cheese sauce on some plain unseasoned pasta, the portion was like a side, my parents had fajitas which has shrunk in size, 4 miniature wraps, 10strands of cheese in a pot, my partner asked for the burger, along with a side of mac n cheese, it only came with a burger and the mac and cheese on the side no chips, when disputed with staff they told us this is what you asked for and after explaining it was a side as well as the burger and chips she told us no, you asked for this, so we paid £19 for a single burger with no chips and £7 for the mac and cheese?! would of liked a refund for it to be honest but they were not having any of it. staff were not attentive and didn?t care enough, can?t believe how down hill this has gone

Took ages to ask us for out food and drinks and when they did they were not being that respectful and sloppy service waited an hour for mains we were served the mains whilst the starter dishes were on the table it got that bad we had to speak to thr manager and leave

Me and the fiance decided to stop in for some food and were greeted and served by David, was indecisive about what to order but he was quick to help and very polite.
Couldn?t have done more for us.
