In here at least 3 times a week, the shop itself is fine, the self checkouts are always annoying, but today there were 4 people on there and it seemed to be a competition for who could do the absolute least in terms of managing the queue, attending to anyone having issues / having any basic customer service. I can overlook one or two bored team members but throwing 4 at it and it being worse is just irritating.

The stuff are absolutely shocking here all staff at l the self checkout stand around all day talking to each other like they're in high school not at work..the management here team needs to look at their staff or they need to be retrained it's shocking I should tell the headquarters of Tesco's.

Absolutely ridiculous establishment. Did my whole shop with my newborn only to be told when in the line of the que oh we are having a problem with our contactless sorry card only. Like who has there card on them most times. I get ok some people co but it?s like you sell paper, you sell pen maybe put a sign up? So people don?t have to do a full shop just to be told they can?t buy anything? Perhaps think of the people? They said it?s been happening all day and it?s nearly 3pm so a sign could have been done by now.

Always mayhem at tills, massive queues and no one managing. Customers getting irate. Other tescos ok. Why does this one not seem to care about service? Go to Aldi and get cheaper and served quicker

This place is like a third world country! Theres always products way past the use by date! The toilets never have soup or running water and are always a dump. - the staff are always high! I can?t believe they can get away with it! I guess it?s too big a company to have to obey the law!

Tesco is getting worse in every way. Hardly shop there nowadays. On this odd occasion I did, I spent a while gathering my stuff to buy, only to get to the till and be told I had to wait for 15 minutes as they weren't open yet. Why open the doors to customers if they can't buy anything?!

Car park flooded. That can't be helped but, no warning signs visible. Two lads trying to unblock the drains, 6 other members of staff watching. No help offered to elderly people or folk with children trying to wheel their trolleys along the road, which was also flooded on one side, or wading through the floodwater. No attempt made to direct traffic in order to keep people safe. I am sorry to say that my experience of Tesco Burnage managers is they they don't care about their customers and are never visible when there are problem. I have never had problems with managers in any other Tesco store. I only continue to shop at Burnage because the shop floor staff are really helpful and cheerful. I have no idea how they manage it
