I stopped by this fine establishment last night, hungry and weathered. I was greeted warmly by a dashing, handsome chap named Josh.
Josh recommended I alleviate the weight upon me by selecting items of my liking from the meal deal. After choosing the things I wanted, from the broad and tempting range available, Josh efficiently completed the transaction for me. He did this with a radiant smile, might I add.
As I left, he gave me a meaningful, heartfelt wave.
I don't know when I will next visit this shop but when I do, I certainly hope Josh will be there.

Went in for cakes for my mum and I and picked up a readymeal each as it was one I hadn't seen before. For a small store it had lots of choice. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

This 1 star review is based on 2 things. The tills are slow very slow always too busy to serve customers. The more frustrating thing is club card. Never loads in store and app crashes all the time. The people on the till will make you pay full price on something even if you show them the app has failed. You wouldnt be happy if I took items because the self service went down would you?

Poor staff and customers having to put up guys begging at the front entrance most evenings. Not a good image for the store.

I enjoyed my visit to the shop it has everything you could need and also staff seem lovely plus it?s in a really good location with a bus stop just outside really lovely people in there never had an issue plus it?s not super expensive it?s excellent as a local shop.

I have used the store twice on my way to work to grab myself a morning coffee and lunch. After my first visit, I found my Costa Coffee tasted off and I didn?t finish it. I tried the store again and frustratingly found myself waiting 15 minutes because the meal deal offer wasn?t working. 15 minutes for a meal deal, no queue, I?m not joking. A customer assistant tried to help and even used other items and other tills to test the meal deals but it wasn?t working. He had no manager available to fix it and explained he couldn?t sell me the items for their advertised £3.40 price, so after 15 minutes, I had to leave my food and drink so I made it to work on time. I hope me writing this gets to the manager and he can stop it ever happening to any other customers. I?m not sure I?ll return just in case my time is wasted again.

Sorry but his is not fit to be the person who lead the team.Do not expect the first words out from his mouth is to challenge customer rather then find out from the new staff what is the situation and also to show correct way to do the job and customer handling skill.
