It's latest renewal has done it justice. They have increased thier product range. Its got everything you need plus a little more. Probably could do a full shop here without having to travel to a superstore. Store is clean and generally clutter free, however standards aren't always great and have noticed damaged products still on display in the ambient Isles. Not all staff are consistently helpful or friendly there.

I went into this shop yesterday with my little sister ( a visibly mixed heritage girl age 15) and myself (also mixed but very light age 20), every single isle I went on had a different worker on it just fathing around, I had noticed this but brushed it off the security guard followed us both around the shop and confronting us ?are you okay? once I responded yes he began to follow us to the check out and proceed to listen to our personal conversations about them having no normal plastic bags and began to come close bringing over another one of his collages to follow us again, now I had confronted him and asked him does he think I am stealing, once confronted he began to be very embarrassed and his other co worker stood there as if we were bottom barrel thief's. And obviously as I was at the check out I was confused as I am a regular in this shop. I was so embarrassed as everyone began to stare. I will never go to this shop again as I believe that this was a racial approach.

very expensive Tesco store. only one till accepts cash and therefore the queue for this till is always very long. Security also think everyone is a thief. The store dictates which meal deals you can buy because they only stock the choices which are most profitable for them. I used to go in this store everyday. I now walk to the coop which is far better, shame on greedy Tesco

Rubbish customer service by the girl behind the cigarette counter. Just gone in . There were 2 behind the counter. But one of them looked like she did want to be there,the one who served me. Not the aisian lady. I was all "hi how are you?" Nothing not a smirk Nothing. She scaned my shopping with the speed of a dead snail. No warm welcome no warm goodbyes. Think she should change her job. May be in the tax office.

Staff are rude and aggressive specifically the old hag and the blonde woman with botched lip filler, they?ve clearly never heard of personal space and have no respect for anyone with disabilities. will try and argue with you over an energy drink if you forgot to bring your ID and follow you around the shop for no reason. Hope these women get the karma they deserve.

Tesco Northenden shockingly high prices compared to Tesco Wythenshawe. Cannot believe how much more expensive the same product is at this Northenden branch compared to the Baguley superstore. Just two examples, Half a dozen ? Love? eggs £3.07 compared to £2.75. Caramel Wafers £2.00 compared to £1.75 at superstore! not to mention the fruit and veg prices. Whilst there may be valid reasons for a slight differential, 25p extra for the same product?! This sort of differential is hitting poorer people harder particularly those who do not have transport so have lack of choice to shop around. Absolutely outrageous.

Every time I go in the lady in the hijab is rude is always on customer service dispite lacking the skills or knowledge of expectations in customer relations she?s slow never greets you with a hello or are you okay she looks down on you if you buy alcohol and cigarettes and constantly makes you feel as a customer your a burden on her awful!!!!!

Just been into the shop and on packing my things, I noticed I wasn't given a receipt. I returned to the cashier who was by now serving another customer and she said she hadn?t printed the receipt! I didn't have the time to wait for a manager to get me a receipt, so I have no proof of purchase, no proof that I have not been overcharged and no way to have faulty goods replaced!Tescos, please ensure your cashiers at least have the courtesy to ask if customers want their receipt or even better, in line with many other shops, just give receipts automatically! It's not difficult and avoids the aforementioned!
