I come here most days and unfortunately the staff are rude and unhelpful. They have absolutely no patience or manners at all. It?s never possible to get a receipt from the self service and I?d rather struggle than be served by the miserable person on the till. Tried to call customer service but that?s even more possible than trying to get good customer service when you?re in the shop. Asked for a manager and was told no. Laughable.

Employees refused to stay open until the advertised opening time. Showed up to the shop at 10:50 and we weren't allowed in as the employees told us that they were only paid until 11. If you advertise you're open until 11 you should stay open until 11 as it is at tescos elsewhere. Very disappointed.

It's convenient but tiny. There is no space to manoeuvre for anyone who needs extra room for accessibility reasons, and the staff doesn't seem to care or want to help. The majority of the time that I've been in, trolleys of stock are left out blocking aisles with no staff there.

I don't enjoy giving any business a negative review, however I think I will as I went into express in monton & I have never seen a place was so bad isles had items stacked waiting to put on shelfs. I went in on my mobility scooter for something for the duck & to my amazement I had four staff stood all of 2foot from me wached me struggle going down the isle with a trolley in the way & offered no help whatsoever!!!. ??. Which ended up with me damaging my scooter & yet they carried on laughing hopefully the boss see this review & dose something about it. I will no be returning as I didn't get any bread for ducks ended up with a £75.00 + labour cost.!!!!!.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the quality of service provided by the staff at your store on 3/6/23 after 20:30. My experience on that day highlighted a severe lack of teamwork, with staff members engaging in unprofessional behavior, including gossiping instead of assisting customers in need. This incident left me feeling angry and disgusted, prompting me to file this formal complaint.On the aforementioned date, I visited your store and observed an unfortunate incident that exemplified the inadequate level of teamwork and customer service displayed by your staff. A pleasant lady was stationed at the checkout counter, handling the overwhelming influx of customers on her own. Meanwhile, two members of your staff were engaged in a conversation near the coffee machine, seemingly oblivious to the growing queue and the need for additional assistance at the checkout counter.As a concerned customer, I approached the staff members by the coffee machine and requested that one of them assist their colleague at the till. To my astonishment, they exchanged glances and instead of responding to my request, the female staff member chose to walk away, not towards the checkout counter to provide the necessary support, but to another aisle, leaving the overwhelmed cashier with no help at all. It was evident that the three other staff members present on the floor, who were in close proximity to the checkout area, were fully aware of the situation, yet they failed to step in and offer their assistance.This lack of teamwork and disregard for customer needs is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on your store's reputation. The actions, or rather inaction, of your staff on that day demonstrated a complete disregard for customer service standards and exhibited a lack of professionalism.
