I always find the store a positive experuence. Always nicely stocked , clean and especially like the cafe which is set out differently from other tescos. The staff work hard and pride on making the customer having a good experience. The security are always alert. All the staff are fantastic but today Olivia helped me at the self service. I purchased multiple gift cards and is always happy and positive even at 6am.

I?ve been shopping at this store for nearly two years, typically every three weeks or at least once a month. Having worked in the industry for almost a decade, I can confidently say that the customer service here is consistently lacking. The staff show little regard for customers and make no effort to assist. Tesco?s motto is ?Every little helps,? but it seems this store hasn?t gotten the message.

This place has gone to the dumps.. needs knocking down and remaking the old precinct where the shop owners had respect for the customer as they knew they paid their wages.. the disrespect in this place is beyond belief.. young Asian lad showing complete and utter disrespect to my sister but then when confronted by a man turns into the coward he is.. then the security guard and the lads manager doesn?t make the situation better? what happened to customer is king and always right.. put your staff through better customer service training as their levels are severely lacking

Bring back the African & Caribbean isle in Tesco ASAP. it?s not right that they have completely removed all the African & Caribbean products in this store, there are still many of us living in Cheethamhill and Tesco use to supply an amazing range of stuff for us and now all of a sudden nothing is left there. Please bring them back.

I've just had the worst supermarket breakfast ever. Cold toast, underdone eggs and pale lukewarm bacon. It took nearly 30 minutes to receive this due to obvious staff shortages. Whoever the Manager of this place is - get a grip please. I won't be returning.

Updated review:
I just went in for a quick Friday shop, and was pleasantly surprised to see every checkout lane manned with a cashier. Whereas on a regular Friday I have to wait in line for an average of 15 minutes, today I was served efficiently and with a smile!
Regardless of whether it?s new management, or if it?s old management with a new strategy, having all the checkout lanes open makes a massive difference to the shopping experience? keep it up :)

To be fair some of the staff here are very good and willing to help, however, a couple of days ago I had terrible customer service when I got a few things and went to the cigarette/CUSTOMER SERVICE counter to pay.
A woman with dyed blonde hair, glasses and too much lipstick for her mature age, refused to scan my items unless I removed them from the basket myself, stating that if I went to the self checkout I'd have to do it myself, I reminded her that I wasn't at a self checkout and she told me 'well it's not a till I asked her what that thing in front of her was with all the cash in and she just ignored me and looked around bewildered. Disgusting customer service by any standard. As I say it's not my usual experience at this store but it's the second time that particular member of staff has been extremely rude to me and full of attitude. She either needs a customer service refresher course or she needs to be sacked.

Just one thing make sure to go by the old style cashier's as they have horrible customer service not worth to try out so make sure to go by the Human served cashier's

Went to Tesco cheetham hill today and went to use the ladies toilet the stench of urine was horrendous one toilet flush was broken and all of them were filthy. I went to the customer service counter and spoke to a lovely lady who advised me get the key for the disabled toilet from the security man who wad abrupt and said the key didn't work I further questioned this ie how long has it been broken and he said three days.. In that timescale and it being a disabled toilet I would have thought this should have been resolved immediately. I was advised to go to the cafe to use the toilets there which was closed.
