Gave me the wrong change, didn't find out until I checked when I got home so I'm not going to bother walking back and arguing over £4. But now I've got to walk 4 miles to work tomorrow because a cashier can't do key stage 1 maths. Cheers

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at this Tesco location. I was wrongly accused of theft with no clear explanation. A staff member physically blocked me from leaving the store, which made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. He questioned the authenticity of my bank receipt, suggesting it could be fake, and accused me of being involved in a scam. He then claimed it was just a ?random check.? The way this situation was handled felt like an abuse of power, and I believe it was unprofessional and unjustified.

I have been going to this Tesco over 3 years In the past year or so 9/10 times I am being judged and treated like a criminal whilst shopping here, 1 member of staff threatened me while using the self service checkout and another new security member of staff was rude to me upon entering which is damn right insulting I understand it?s not exactly a nice area but learn the difference between a normal customer and the local petty thief?s.

The security guard treating us like thieves while we are there to shop. Far from thieves. Can show the wallet full of cash and the fact that we go there on a regular basis and we are being made to feel awful and upset like we are some local addicts. Horrible experience every time in this shop.

its your typical tesco express, only concern recently is its a covid hotspot and the windows are plastered with notices informing customers about the risk of the area.

I am shopping in this Tesco very often and I was shocked today with one of the staff behaviour in the store. I was very rudely stopped while I was paying formy shopping on self-service, as I had already some other shopping (from other shop)in my pram basket.I was told that he is right to randomly search me,and if I do not have receipt (which I had) he didn't even check and said next time I will have to pay anyway for that other items! So rude! And the store does not have right to search anyone without consent or Police present!!!!
