I Went in this morning to find no one at the till! Security guard kept having to call a member of staff to come out and serve me. I asked for a vape the elderly lady with glasses refused until I showed I.D. I told her I had my license or passport on my phone. I?m a 31 year old Woman who doesn?t usually get asked for I.D so I didn?t have it on me. She literally refused to check a pic of my I.D. She seemed really grumpy and upset maybe at the fact that she had to come out the back and do her job! Wasted my time waiting for nothing!

They left me out of pocket and then barred me for their incompetents when I challenged them and told them they need to put my money back into my bank can't even give them a rating they left me feeling intimidated and scared rude staff and the manager just as bad can't post this without giving a star rating so it's going to have to be a one there six staff on me plus the security guard I did not do anything wrong apart for them over charging me and then said my cash will be back in my bank in 24 hrs even after that still not there then they told me I have to contact head office what's to customers being these days in shops

So talk about going around the world to find somewhere to drop off my parcel I end up at the house off horror TESCO I printed out my label finally and I get to the till and the woman behind the till says we can't have your parcel because they have to many and it's health and safety I mean we're did they put that in a manual never going back again what a joke
