Very rude people. Security does not know how to do their work. They do not have a way to talk to customers. Most of the time the fruits are rotten and always need customer service at the till! Possible racial profiling as security guy keeps staring. Makes me not want to go there anymore.

No staff at the tills. Security had call 3 times for someone to come over. Eventually two staff lumbered over, chatting to each other and didn't ever go near the tills. I left. Never again. This is not first time this has happened at this store in the evenings.

Bit gloom when entering, basic stock unlike the larger stores

An average Tesco. I have been here a few times.
Usually well stocked, but have seen a few empty sections time to time. A big annoyance is it gets very cramp when walking through the back aisle.
-Staff-
The doorman/security guard is excellent. Polite, friendly, helps out at tills, vigilant. All around great.
The rest of the staff? Talk about 'all over the place'. Gossiping staff, often on phones, generally unhelpful. Often left to security guard to help out.
Overall, average, but it's a Tesco Express so not expecting much, but still, manager train your staff.

Why they have evri if it never works, wish they would put the machine in some other shop in the area . IS ALWYS OUT OUT SERVICE or they can?t accept parcels or other excuse, seems like nobody really wants to deal with it, so why don?t u resign from having machine ?

Security guard is nice and pleasant. Staff during the last hour can be seen vaping at the front door. Can take a while to get a staff member on the tills so try to stick to self serve
