Woman refused to give me my evri parcel I had paid for because the shop was 'too busy' there was one person behind me in the queue.... then said they won't let people collect parcels between 12-2 which is the only time I and I'm sure a lot of other people who work in the city centre can collect. Absolute joke. If you don't offer collection at any time then either don't do it at all or advertise this. Now I am unable to collect a parcel and have to wait to get it refunded because she couldn't be bothered to turn around and get it

It's a small shop, cramped in places but the staff are friendly and helpful - I still prefer the big out of town tesco's but wanted to leave a review purely due to the staff being nice people.

Really helpful and honest customer service . One person was on hand to show me how the slightly different scanning system worked on checkout .After the machine asked me to insert my card instead of scanning I stupidly forgot to remove it . I only later discovered the mistake when I got back to our nearby hotel . Thankfully, when I returned , I discovered that one of the observant and honest assistants , Nadim , had handed the card in behind the till . Thanks !

I visited this Tesco and had the most amazing customer service from a lovely staff member called Andrew. Throughout the whole transaction he was super helpful, he made my incredibly tough day so much better and I?m really grateful. I hope he sees this and realises how valued he is. Thank you Andrew

A small piece of advice, if you want customers to come in to shop in the morning don't spend 30mins cleaning the coffee machine just after you open.

I just tried to go 10:30 pm to buy something quick as I just finish my shift. I couldn?t enter as they stop me on the entrance. I don?t really understand what it?s the issue if the open hours are until 11 pm.
