Disgusting attitude of staff on customer service, manager was a joke, not professional no name rags on anyone in customer service, I was spoken and attempts to pressure me was evident. Absolutely shocking totally gone down hill this store after management change.

Never known a bank machine not in service constantly at a shop especially a big brand one it's absolutely embarrassing and ridiculous where is the management at this store and what the heck are they doing??? Get a grip of it guys it's PATHETIC

Make sure to check the date on everything! I bought ham this morning and at lunch time I realised it was dated to expire today! I went back in and asked if I could get another pack and the lady at the customer service said they don't do returns unless it's immediate. I just thought firstly, you probably shouldn't stock things due to expire the same day on the shelves, one cannot be expected to check the date on every single item while shopping..also I only noticed the date when I took the ham out at lunchtime..it was on the same day ! And I had the receipt telling you I just bought it a few hours ago!
Well, anyway. Just a heads up to everyone else to make sure to check the dates on items.

I called in this morning to the East Didsbury Store to buy treats for a Christmas Event. A member of staff called Josh helped me. He was excellent and very customer focused from the moment I asked for help. Thanks ?

Rude staff. Heavy-handed security. Overpriced. Poor selection of goods. Short use by dates on most items. Toilets are always dirty.
Hoping it gets knocked down one day soon and we get a new supermarket in its place.

It becomes worse and worse, its best to avoid it.
1. they refuse to accept coupons that are valid in all Tesco stores. they were apparently told by head office, so why can I go to another store and use them fine?
2. the price on ticket is wrong, and they don't believe you. Hersheys cookies and cream chocolate is advertised as 59p on clearance. Went to the checkout, it is 80p. The person monitoring the checkouts is rude and talks to you in a pessimistic tone (she is a short, older woman with brown hair, didn't get her name) Anyway, she followed me to the section and she said it was an old ticket and she would not offer the price as I tried to use a coupon yesterday. Awful!

Why Organic Cucumbers are no longer available? I have come to this Tesco store for years. This was good for what we needed. Recently, we noticed that some items started disappearing from the shelves. Today, I had to ask a shop assistant where I could find organic cucumbers as they weren't in the usual place. I was told that they have been discontinued in this store. I can not understand why. For years, I used to get them from this store. Apparently, staff in the store don't have any control over what they sell. It sounds ridiculous, but it's a fact. Someone in the head office has decided that Didsbury does not need organic cucumbers. Please bring them back to the shelves of Tesco in Didsbury.
