Just popped into Tesco at Walkden, after being advised by a lady at farnworth they had my product in store there ?I was wanting to purchase cherry juice but could not find it on the shelf but thanks to Carl who worked on that isle offered to go and look in the warehouse for me which gave me time to look around! yes there they were hiding behind other products?Carl came back and then helped me to the til with them as I didn?t have a trolley as I bought a few for different people so I want to say customer service at its very best ?? thank you Carl ?

Toilets are an absolute disgrace. I went to the disabled toilets with my daughter and had to use cleaning products I?d just purchased to clean dried poo off the toilet seat. Under the seat there was stuff that must have been there for a long time. The disabled and ladies toilet feel unclean and not nice to use. Disabled people deserve dignity when using the toilet, please improve this.

This isn?t a bad Tesco. There?s plenty of parking, the aisles are wide with plenty of room for shopping trollies ?. They do have a Greggs in the store and the staff are usually friendly. The watch full eye of the security guards is annoying when you walk in you almost made to feel like you?re a thief before you?ve even started to shop. It is clean ? too.

Visited this store today 30-12-24. at 12-05pm no complaints about my experiences or products. But checking my receipt when I arrived home was disappointed to find that I had been charged twice for a pack of bacon..tried to get in touch with the Walkden store only to find I could get every department but not customer services so i could report this mistake..I will not be rushing back as it is coming up to New year and have further plans. Hopefully when I do return to the store with my receipt I will be refunded. Yours in anticipation MRS C FLANAGAN.

I must certainly agree with other comments made about the toilets here. Paticularly on the first floor near the shoe repairs. I have a disability and entered the disability toilets only to be greeted with excrement all over the toilet seat and on the floor what happening in this store it's almost like visiting a third world country. + often toilets out of order in this day and age tesco stop putting money before your customers interest.

Not too bad!
1st time trying this store and yes in areas not well stocked (Bakery in particular) but found everything I was looking for and due to the size of store not many dot com trolleys in your way
Unfortunately the lady at the till was so miserable & had to go back downstairs to get a trolley?
Parking ample, Breakfast was good and store clean

It's a good Tesco, been going here for years.
I applied for Christmas work, they called me in for an interview very last minute, I had to delay plans for my birthday just to attend. In the interview they told me they were inducting us into the role one week later and I had the job, but it was temporary. I understood this.
I hadn't had time to hand in my notice to my current workplace (Two weeks). They wanted me to start ASAP. They also told me it was temp work, to which I told them I was happy to do.
As soon as the interviewers realized I had another job, they practically stopped the interview there and then. I was in there for two minuets. I was told I would get a 'call back', which I never received. It would have been nice to receive further communication. Application has practically seized. I have no clue what's going on.
If anyone could get back to me that would be great. I can't seem to communicate through Tesco's recruiting website.

Its good. But its too big. Takes 5h to get from on side to another ? but they have a big choice there so if you looking for something special then most likely it will be there

This is NO good Tesco because it close 16:00 at Sunday when I visit 15:45 all the vegetables has been send in not out the stock,not coming to this store anymore

I have taken the trouble to raise the issue of the toilets at Walkden store for over 2 years!!!! They are an absolute disgrace and an insult to their customers. Seriously unhygienic toilets with horrendous out of order signs. Total disgrace. I have spoken to management without any improvements being made. I have photographed the ladies, Really horrendous! Total disregard for any real level of care for customers. The store shouldn?t be allowed to operate with these facilities as they are unbelievable.
