Absolutely furious with the customer service at this pharmacy. After arriving 111 appointment I rushed to get there before closing at 21.00 on a Saturday , the desk was empty and the rude lady was on a isle ignoring me shouting (hello is anyone there) at 20.55 by the time this lady pretended to only just hear me it was 20.57 and comes behind the desk to say ?we are closed? , I said it?s not 21.00 and you wasn?t at the desk and she explains ? takes 10 minutes to turn the computers on? After begging her to give me the medication which doctors stated ?have? to be given to my 4 month old tonight as he has a lung infection and she point blank refused to serve me, with no uniform on , backpack on her back ready to go home before the closing time? I?d never ever imagine a pharmacist to turn down a begging parent of a child when it?s there job to do so! Would avoid at all cost and hope one day this lady?s child needs help and someone treats her just the way she did to me! ?????

Very poor customer service and very rude to customers. Made my wife cry, no confidentiality just shout across people to what medication is for. Worst pharmacy ever.

If you want to be made to feel like staff are doing you a favour, look no further than tesco Baguely. It's the last time I use this pharmacy. Their are plenty of others near, were customer service is a priority. If you need someone to train these staff please contact me, I could show them common courtesy instead of attitude and arrogance!

Today my day get worst.The lady there in the pharmacy put my milk order infront of my face then turn back .she said i made her uncomfortable . For what by saying in calm voice that i need to pick up the order. I dont even know she feel uncomfortable. Maybe she is not in the right place to work if every time she feel uncomfortable she will act arrogant to the customer.

The Pharmacy is very poor in this store, the staff are unhelpful, they keep you waiting while they chat about none work stuff and fob you off if you have an issue, as they don't want to take accountability for the issue. Example the text system is intermittent and doesn't always send the text to advise when your prescription is ready to collect. You would expect them to report it to their provider, but when queried all they say is not are issue. Would not recommend using this pharmacy.

My daughter collected my prescription for me two days after I received a text to say it was ready for collection, (with missing item) to be arrogantly be told," next time, wait for the text! This only came in two days ago,"we haven't got time for this?" My daighter,who was unaware i had received the text replied"ok". Unknown Asian assistant in head scarf, " yeah,well, make sure you pass the message on!".Chemist with bad attitude that' is apparently too busy to dispense prescriptions to customers?I Don't think they will have that problem for too long? I won't be using them again,nor will my family & friends.

They have neither daily necessaries such as eye ointment nor GP-prescribed ones such as antibiotics. They seem not to worry about to replenishing the stocks

Last 6 prescriptions have not been scanned to the system to send the text for collection. Extremely poor and dangerous. This has led to running out of medication.

Same female member of staff served me Friday 16th December and Monday 19th December .
No customer service skills at all, rude and passive aggressive.
Asked for advice on a product to which she snapped ?how should I know if it?ll work for you.
Not a pharmacist, a Tesco customer assistant, surely they should have basic knowledge of the products they sell?!
Her attitude was just awful, and it?s put me off going here again
