Visited for a very basic OTC cream and was told by the pharmacist that she doesn?t think it?s in stock. This was after she told me to wait whilst she was doing something behind the scenes.
This medication hasn?t been out of stock with Alliance, AAH or Phoenix since May 2023.
If you don?t have it in stock then it?s poor stock management, which looking at the state of your shelves in the pharmacy wouldn?t be hard to believe. Reported to the GPhC.

Can confirm they are terrible. Claim they can?t order drugs when other Tescos can, ask you to collect prescription when they have nothing in stock and won?t allow you to then take prescription elsewhere. I went without medication for two weeks because of their lazy incompetence. I use a different pharmacy now

Would give zero or minus if possible. This pharmacy withholds migraine medication for two months, whilst letting the patient suffer. They say that it is out of stock, but this is untrue, then will call you a liar in regard to missing items, as they never give you an owing slip, and say they dislike your tone because you have had to complain to Tesco head office several times, simply to get help. Several other family members called to try to collect medication, and are ignored by staff who are too busy yattering in the back/or unanswered on the phone. This pharmacy refuse to give you the prescription back, unless you do without the other 8 items you need to survive, and speak to you like dirt. They are falsely claiming money for dispensing medication, when they are actually withholding it by saying it is out of stock.

The worst pharmacy , the staff are on some power trip. Avoid if possible because you will uave issues, I do almost every time.

Phoned twice to confirm they had prescription in stock rather than a wasted visit. They picked up & hung the phone up instantly twice. Guess I'm going somewhere else then.

Absolutely shocking service , they are rude at the counter, constantly never have my medications in or if they do partly. I'm actually disgusted in how they treat people

Shocking service just arrived for a flu jab I booked only to be told I?m not on the system and to go back tomorrow despite me having reference and booking confirmation that the man wasn?t interested in. There is no appointments available until next week I?ve took time out of work to go today and when I said that the pharmacist said what do you want me to do if it?s not on system we can?t do it. Only apologised right at the end and told me to ring a number which another lady said she?s tried 13 times today and hasn?t got through so has had to go in. The service at this pharmacy is so poor my own GP surgery won?t deal with it anymore and sends prescriptions to another pharmacy further away just to ensure we get our prescriptions. Very poor service and rude staff. Would rate 0 star if possible.

an absolute disgrace !! i went there twice in the last two days for a acute pain issue!!! yesterday i just trusted the friendly lady with her suggestion which did not work at all . the asian guy i confronted today with another pain relief product did not even hide the feeling that i seemed to waste his time and promoted the box i had in my hand !!!! what he should have said was " you can't take this if you have kidney issues for example " but i guess his coffee in the back was getting cold ...... this pharmacy staff is a disgrace to one otherwise rather friendly store

Rude man......started an argument and was aggressive, patronising and condescending. He called security when he got back what he wasdishing out.
