Especially the lady's on the counter.
I have moved to Stockport and I changed my pharmacy to well.
But I am changing back to tesco Gorton Pharmacy.
Sometimes, you don't know what you have got until it's gone.

For my prescription, the staff even doesn't check but tells me to go to another pharmacy. It's rude and unacceptable.

Shocking service tonight from there. Never smile or greet you. They never ever have medication in stock. I?ve lived around here 8 years and got one medication item from there.

Literally rudest pharmacist this morning don?t know what her problem is but she clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed and wished to take it out on customers. SPEAK TO PEOPLE LIKE A HUMAN the way you actually speak to people makes a difference surely you?d have learnt that when qualifying. Perhaps she?s just a racist as I see no other reason for the way she spoke to me today when I approached nicely.

Probably the worst pharmacy in the area, I've had problems with them multiple times.Staff always change and they don't get trained properly. More often than not, they seem uncertain about what medication to advise. On many occasions, I've been brushed off and been told to look on the shop floor for a certain medicine without further guidance. Also, prescriptions sent by the doctor online are rarely on time.Finally, the pharmacist who does the morning shifts is never on time. Opening hours are 6:30 am and on multiple occasions, I've waited well over an hour for the pharmacy to open.They seem like they don't want to help, really. Very poor customer service, unfortunately.

Went to get a simple dressing that I bought from there 3 days ago horrible man on duty said they don?t sell them and don?t have anything similar. He didn?t even look. Appalling service

Really bad service so we?re removing our custom. Pharmacist gave the wrong dosage of what the doctor prescribed and then was very rude to my husband when he returned the medicine. Stop using this service.
