Prescription of seizure blocking meds with them for 1 month, 4 visits and told will be ready the next day or in 1 hour as they have it in stock. 5th visit told not in stock and they can't source it, 1 month of messing around for nothing. Avoid at all costs.

I am in shock?went to the pharmacy this evening to pick up some pain killers for period pains which I suffer severely with only to be refused as I had already been in ?recently? for some! The woman who wouldn?t serve me asked if they were for me and what for so I explained and she said but you?ve been in before asking for these to which I replied yes a few weeks before Christmas when I last needed them. She went into the back and pretended to speak to someone and then came back and said ?no you can?t have them?. I can only assume she was insinuating that I am some sort of addict which I was completely taken aback by as I only take said medication when needed which is what they are for are they not?? I felt like I was being shamed in front of her colleague which was so unprofessional, she should have taken me to the consultation room!. Safe to say I left the tears due to sheer embarrassment and am now sat at home in so much pain until I can go to another chemist tomorrow to pick up the only medication that helps me with this complaint. The packet the pain killers come in specifically say they are for period pains! I am so angry and embarrassed that I have been made to feel this way. Terrible service at that chemist and I will never use it again. How dare she make me feel ashamed like this! Why sell this product if you are unwilling to let people with a genuine need purchase them!

Script ready a lot quicker than the regular chemist won?t mention names telephoned first got thru straightaway the regular chemist engaged for 2 days ? So switched from them to Tesco polite girl did this on the system in no time so very happy

Go somewhere else. The staff on the front are usually polite, although there was one occasion I had to let them know that they?d given the wrong advice on a medicine to the person in front of me. The lad in the back, (new trainee pharmacist? I don?t know) needs to work on his customer service asap. I bought some pills which a lovely woman asked me the correct and relevant questions about, then after they?d already been handed to me and I?d paid for them he shouted from his seat at the back without moving ?Wait, what are you taking them for?!? I had to shout back ?Period Pain!? To which he just looked at me blankly before I walked off. Really strange, useless, unprofessional interaction. It?s basic training that conversations should be private.

I had a 111 referral to the Tesco pharmacy and was dealt with quickly and professionally. Pharmacist also called docs for me, making the situation much easier. Thank you

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE this is the second time in 2 weeks that Tesco have not had available items prescribed by our GP. they make no effort in obtaining the items and just basically hand the prescription back! My husband has visited 3 different pharmacies to get one item.really bad service and not acceptable . we have a car but I feel sorry for the the ones who have no transport or are infirm and unable to trawl the area trying to get their medication!!Tesco Pharmacy need to up their game!!. The staff are often rude.. particularly the little blonde woman! who can barely even look at you when she is serving!Not good enough Tesco!

Staff do not make eye contact with you to serve you. There was 6 members of staff behind the counter, and not one would acknowledge me waiting, until I asked if anyone was serving. Staff are generally abrupt, unhelpful and rude. Only 2 or 3 that are more approachable. They NEVER answer the phone to help with queries. If it wasn't for them being open at weekends I would change pharmacies in an instant.

If I could leave it with no stars I would that's the truth, never had a problem with tesco at all but today I'm unhappy. I am on prescription that is proscribed to me my by gp and wanted to call to get it ordered. I went to call the number "5 TIMES" and "NO ANSWER" now I understand if their busy but 5 times I called and no answer at all. I decide screw it I will call my pharmacy at my drs and they said I had to call the tesco pharmacy. I explained what happened and she said this once she will order it for tesco for me to collect, next time I have to go to tesco or call next time. Come on tesco teach your staff to monitor the phones it is not an issue but I had to order my tablets as I am running low. I got my tablets removed to tesco rather than my gp as I work in irlm just around corner from tesco so its easier for me to collect them or order them when needed. I hope management fixes this issue and becomes better. Thank you

Two times now. This really obnoxious, rude, ignorant, woman has been indeed obnoxious rude and ignorant if I knew her name I would name her, but I don?t know her name yet. I dont know who she thinks she is, she?s a dogs body- not a pharmacist. Management will know who I?m talking about, as there is more than myself who has had a situation with this kid. She is disgrace and needs to do some kinda crash course in how to be nice to people who may be under pressure with their health, be it mental or physical. This individual would of been more suited to go into the military where manners and common courtesy would of been drilled into her. The thing about common courtesy, is that it?s really not that common. Go work in the phone shop, being a know it all in a white tunic, it doesn?t suit your personality or skill level.

I know this pharmacy has its issues at the moment but what people have to remember the fault isn?t with the staff it?s with the company because they don?t have any staff. This has been going on for months and I?m sure it is really stressful for those working behind the counter. I don?t think I would be all sweetness and light if I was stood being verbally abused by the public. Please please if your unhappy with the situation write or ring head office. The more people do this the more chance there is of the situation being resolved.

Very rude and tell lies tooI went in yesterday to pick up my prescriptions to be told they didn't have them, I said well my Gp sent them over on 16th May, you did this last Month you have got themThey said I suggest you get in touch with your Gp, I said don't worry I will be doing, they sniggered to one another, then I heard the older guy say O dear someone's in for a Bo...king, then laughed againVery unprofessional!!!I had to get the practice manager to send me proof that it had been sent to them, then when manager rang them they denied ever saying it , said I was telling liesThey unnominated me, like had one to go through that again!!!!Don't bother with them waful!!!

I called up about an important medication request the dr had put in, athe pharmacist told me he would order it it to be in at 11am the next day. Unpon going to collect I spoke to several memebers of staff all were helpful except this one now I didnt catch her name but she was short with dark hair and she had a terrible attitude telling me that that pharmacist I spoke to isnt in and my medication isnt ready and wont be ready for an other couple of days. I just turned and walked away because her saying this is one thing her saying it whilst practically laughing at me is another especially when I needed the medication more or less when it had been prescribed. I have never had an issue with tesco and found its staff always helpful and friendly except this one. Now im not sure if she was having a bad day and wanted someone to take her anger out on but really Tesco teach your staff to leave their problems at the door and not bring them into work with them
