I gave tescos one star and really it should be no stars. Reason being ? they said my dog took a dump in tescos were the customer care department is. I abetted 100pound that he ? cayos my dog didnt do it . The gueard at the door showed me the footage and guess wot! It wasnt my dog So i put my hand out waiting for 100 and decides he dosnt bet.

Lost my glasses so went into tesco opticians to get a replacement, as I arrived i was told to look for what I wanted I found a pair and was told to go with the receptionist to sort it out. I explained I was getting headaches without my glasses and they said I would get my new ones back either the next day or day after that at the latest so I rang up 2 days later and I was told by the main department that they won't be ready till another week I'm fuming about this its like tesco in Gorton had lied to get a sale they have the in and out kind off attitude and I will NOT be using them again.

Very quick and professional service with a wide variety of different frames, not given any higher stars as they did not offer any extras for lenses like ant-reflective, which I had to go back and have done at a later date.
