This used to be my go to place for something simple to eat. Since they have introduced self services machines it?s gone down hill. I was recently told that I am no longer allowed to add to cheese to a burger anymore as this is no longer an option and the member of staff would have gotten in trouble for letting me purchase an extra ( cheese ) very disappointing

Randomly shuts early with no reason given. Often out of stock of basic items despite being in a Tesco. Generally poor service.

Payed £7.50 for the sandwich in the picture
£1.25 for 1 sausage and £1.25 for 1 mushroom
Can get cheaper and much better food from a local independent shop. Also the drinks are more expensive than the fridge in store (about 10 metres away)
Will be supporting somewhere local next time

Susan was very rude tried kicking me out while I was waiting for me food discriminating me with my age the sausage, egg and bacon was servilely undercooked the beans rock solid they had no intention of making me feel welcome at the till was waiting for 10 minutes while they talked with each other there was a long dark hair on my toast aswell

Dirty tables everywhere. Couldn?t find a clean table and had to sit at a dirty table. Plates and dishes left on tables. Food took longer than I would have liked to arrive. Price ok and tasted ok but portion size small.

I've given this two stars, but it depends when you go. At my usual Tesco cafe the serving staff take dirty dishes with them as they return, but that never happens here. Not so bad when it's quiet, but hopeless at a weekend and hopeless any time there is football or cricket nearby. This morning, for example, every table had dirty dishes on which customers had to move before being able to sit down. On my table, I had to both move lots of dirty dishes and clean the table, and wipe the chairs, before I could sit down. A nearby table was already also piled up with dishes when I arrived, and was still piled up with dishes when I left, and that was despite a server passing the table quite a few times in between. The service was literally hopeless. Insufficient staff to clear the tables.

I was in Tesco today and me and my partner had a breakfast in the cafe, waited for around 30minutes for our food. Around 5minutes later after eating I was throwing up in the bathroom, with food poisoning. Disgraceful.
