Had Christmas dinner there last year with a large group approx 32 ppl it was delicious and fresh hot food. Sadly we went again this year and the food was one of the worst I?ve had. I didn?t want to make a fuss but wish I had as others did complain. The carrots were raw sliced thrown on plate, roast potatoes, barely roasted and cold, the Turkey was hard on edges and very dry. No Yorkshire pudding was compensated by one small pig in blanket not well cooked and cold. Manager took £20 off a £665 bill. After one person complained other people also complained. Manager then agreed to reduce bill by £50. The staff were really pleasant and the place was clean and good atmosphere. Such a shame the main meal was really awful. Some people found their food ok some didn?t have Turkey Christmas dinner and said their food was fine approx 7 people said their food was ok. The starter of pate was delicious and the dessert of ice cream also but no effort required for them. There was also a lot of waiting between courses. I was really disappointed by my food and won?t eat there again.
Parking: It?s in the centre of the city very difficult to park can drop off outside but generally paid parking in car park only option.

We were seated at the table without waiting, the smiling staff advised us what to choose for food and drink, great, within 5 minutes the drink was on the table after ordering, but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the food and after 1 hour the food did not reach us ? ?? and so unfortunately we left this place disappointed, of course we wanted to pay for the drink but given the situation we were not offered anything.

The Bishop's gate is a nice relaxing place to have a meal and a drink the food is excellent and very well priced as well as the drinks and the staff are very helpful and can't do enough for you the staff we met were Tracy and lexi who were both brilliant

Very small portions. In chicken curry only 6 small pieces of chicken. Kids portions 10 chips and 5 small chicken bites. You have to order from a bar ,take your cutlery from bar and pay straight after order, before your food arrive. Never again

Lexi was our server on our recent visit to the bishopsgate table table. She gave great consumer service and was always happy to help in anyway possible.

Pretty good all in all. Food good, especially the steaks, very good service, although waiter a bit overstretched. Given one of the best tables. Nice wine, but real ale no longer on offer.
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems quite good. No problems, although I only walk with a stick.
