Stayed in 201 room was very clean only problem was the room was next to a exit door which was slammed closed all night needs something to silence the door as was a nuisance

Stayed at this Hotel for a sopping trip this is an ideal location for the Trafford center and all that is around this area. The Hotel has free car parking and an onsite restaurant.
Check-in was easy and the only time that a member of staff was visible did not see anyone else in the hotel. The service at check-in was good as expected. Needed to ask a question about parking later on but know one was around.
The Rooms are nice the bed was comfy sadly no Air con. This was October so not a hot time of year so i would not stay in the heat of summer. We had no fan in the room but our friends did. The room was very hot at night and the heating rad was turned off we needed to open the window to try and cool down sadly we had a room on the front main road was it was very noise with cars etc during the night so we didn't sleep as good as we wished.
The Bar and next door is good we used this for our night time meal and the food was good. The breakfast the next morning is also served in the bar and it was different to other premier inns i have stayed at the continental items are buffet style but sadly the hot English is not and this is to order which is not to my preference that said the service was good and the food was very nice.
I would stay again but not in summer.

The room was a bit tired but perfect for a night and very close to the shops and restaurants. My only real complaint was the room was so hot even with the window open. Staff were helpful and friendly

Stayed at this Premier Inn as was going to a convention at Bowlers. Excellent for walking distance to venue and also to the Trafford Centre/transport.

Dated rooms and ready for refurbishment but clean & comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Very comfy bed.

Dull, dismal, restaurant is poor, for service and cleanliness
Rooms: Basic, restaurant poor,very short opening times, there is a vending machine in the foyer ...!!!!!

This is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in. Hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff on the front desk, breakfast and in adjoining pub next door. Free parking and fantastic location just across the road from the wonderful trafford centre and good tram links into the city if needed. Room at the back of the hotel was also very quiet with no road noise. Nothing to fault! Fantastic stay and will definitely be back again in the future.

Excellent position for shopping and exploring the trafford centre, staff great. Don't agree with £10 early check in when your room is already done and you have a family and it's pouring down with rain and you have to wait until 3pm to check in, I could understand it if your were getting priority but...... not the check in staffs fault but poor policy. Loved our stay, room a bit cramped for 4 people but that's our fault. Breakfast staff were excellent, only 2 of them working a full service and they did brilliantly. Strawberry blond lad and dark haired lady. Excellent and a credit to your company.
