Doctors there are great and very helpful, the receptionist on the other hand is a little rude. Completely incapable of reading the forms THEY request you fill out. Why ask me what time I can talk today, then IGNORE it, ring me when I can't talk, and then make tell me I have to fill in the form again because I didn't pick up! Been at Surrey lodge all my life staff .doctors are excellent!!! Would never change get treated with up most respect and always go the extra mile .
