Colleagues are disrespectful, and I could tell by looking at all the comments, they don?t know how to greet customers and make you guys valued and welcomed into the store.

Absolutely horrible store? the collection is good but the staff are horrible.
Rather than being helpful and pleasant, they throw attitude. I had tried on a piece but didn?t like it. I was kinda in a hurry so I couldn?t place it back on the hanger. The staff asked me if you are not going to take it why keep it like that.
She could have just said can you u keep it properly in a polite way. Rather she had a tone of accusation . Placing the item back in a proper way has nothing to do with me taking it or not. After having shopped from almost every other store in Manchester across brands far superior, no one has ever behaved like this. When people say be polite to our staff, they should believe in being polite to the customers as well.
This is by far the worst store in terms of staff I have every seen

I?m giving this rating due to the abominable behaviour of a staff at Superdry Arndale mall today on the 26th December at around 7ish in the evening. Near the women?s sale section there was a lady employee who was standing near to where we were trying the jackets on, both me and my husband. Due to the fact that we were in a rush we kept the jackets we tried on the rail and didn?t neatly put those in the hangers(didn?t drop it on the floor or anything), I know that it might be a mistake from our end. However, the staff who was standing very near to us(whose job I think is to tidy clothes especially around the sale season) came to us and asked us ?are you taking this?? To which we said ?No?. Then she literally asked us ?if you are not taking it why have you put it like that?? With a very rude tone. We got very shocked since after living in Manchester for over three years we never experienced this kind of behaviour anywhere even in the more expensive shops. I just smiled acknowledging my mistake but that girl was staring at me till the time I had to apologise and give her an explanation on just putting a jacket on the cloth rail!
Superdry, please try to train your staff so that for such a small issue they don?t behave so rudely with your customers! We didn?t feel like taking anything from that store after this behaviour even if we have intended to.

I like superdry, I buy a lot of clothes from there, but this store is a nightmare, it is massive and then has so much stock crammed in its impossible to move around. It also doesn't help with how dark it is in places.

What an awful shop, it's like they are in some kind of competition to see how much they can cram into one store, way too much stuff in there so you can hardly move or navigate around! Maybe tidy up a bit?

Haven?t shopped in the Manchester store for a while and I was greeted by some lovely people. The most charming boy on tills with a huge smile. Harry B was friendly and approachable. I loved the atmosphere in this shop it was great. Would come back for sure!
