Horrid horrid staff.
Walked in at approx. 4.40 (website said it closed at 5)
Immediately got told ?we are closing in 2 mins!!?
I replied saying okay, I know what I?d like, I will hurry up.
No ?thank you we really appreciate it? just scowl.
Asked for help to find what I wanted as I wanted to hurry up as per their request. They didnt help. I found it myself.
A min later second member of staff came up to me, told me they were closing.
End up dumping basket on floor and walking out after being told there was a sign on the door re early closing due to short staff for weeks (I hadn?t seen this as don?t visit often).
I certainly won?t be visiting again and if the staff are as rude and toxic as they were to me then no wonder they at short staffed. Probs end up losing this branch. I certainly won?t be back in a hurry!

I encountered a cashier at Super Drug who faced difficulties with basic math during a transaction. I handed over a £20 note, requested a £10 charge, and planned to pay the remaining amount with my card. Despite the straightforward math involved, she seemed perplexed and insisted she couldn't do it, citing concerns about her drawer being short. This lack of proficiency in handling basic calculations left me quite frustrated with the service. I cannot believe how this people get hire to work as a cashier when they even add 1 plus 1 no wonder the minimum wage never gets better...

Staff member was incredibly hostile and rudeI was in the line got to the till,realised I needed to send money over to my account which only would?ve taken a minute.Then this staff member has came over I?m unsure of her name ,it?s the one with the prominent dark mustache and greasy hairShe asked me if I had a problem to which I explained what I was doingAnd with the most foul look on her face with the stinkiest attitude she said after sighingIn my face ?right I?m going to void you order because there?s a que?Then the next till was opend and the line was movedI stayed stood there as my money had gone through nowBut she decided to walk away leaving me stoof at the till for a further 10 minutes before I actually finally got servedShe then came over and was very rude to me and made me very uncomfortable as I suffer with anxiety and someone like her makes it worseI do actually know this woman from the past I?m not sure if that has influenced her poor behaviourShe is as disrespectful as her faceAfter reading all the reviews I?ve seen a lot of complaints about this disgustingly rude woman all stating how rude she is and how uncomfortable she makes peopleShe?s called cherelle

This store deserve more then 5 star ..went today to buy fish oil for the first time the store is very clean the staff is very helpfull and friendly both beth and natalie were very nice ..will definitely gonna come back again for shoping ? beth your CUTE x

Trampiest superdrug in the uk, staff members are grim and products are always faulty, I bought lashes that had 2 different lashes inside

The lady at the door with the curly hair that was on her phone all the time, she is rude, agressive and lack customer service skills.Shout out to the lady at the cashier though she should run the store instead of that rude manager.

Very bad experience at this store a member of staff called Cherry was very aggressive rude and disrespectful. She needs to go and have some training on how to approach customers and how to speak to customers. Very poor customer service. This was at the Seymour Grove Old Trafford store
