If i could give this branch -100000 rating i would. I have never experienced such childish unprofessional staff in any other Superdrug branch across the Uk. I truly believe i was racially profiled as the Wilmslow branch is in a culturally diverse area. The young blonde female working the tills was absolutely disgusting (i wish unprofessional was a strong enough word to cut it), she proceeded to make my time at the store uncomfortable by laughing and incessantly staring at me, whilst making comments about me towards her co workers. When i approached the till to pay and she noticed i spoke good english, she then attempted to disguise her laughter by making weird faces towards her coworkers at the back. I?m still in shock that as a member of staff you could treat members of the public so callously. The level of cultural ignorance i experienced was beyond me, i hope management take this seriously and retrain their staff on good costumer service, cultural competency, and above all how to show basic human decency as this clearly not common sense to her.

I kindly suggest that the management provide further training to the staff on proper manners. One of the employees I asked for help in finding an item pointed to it using their foot, which was quite inappropriate. Other than that, the service was generally good, though I believe the overall friendliness could still be improved.

That girl w mid length black hair and fringe is very snooty, cliquey behaviour w the others, was saying how there?s 2 mins left to closing time and then laughing and giving us side eye bc we didn?t rush to the till straight away (we were walking around and up to the till whilst doing a quick browse), I work in admin and this isn?t how we treat customers, you don?t even have to be nice just be normal?also didn?t say hi to us but then said it so loudly and over-enthusiastically to the next customer.. my 16yr old sis who lives locally says she?s always weird/mean to her which makes me feel bad since she?s a literal child..

Have been shopping there for years without any problems. But now the staff has changed and one of them treats their customers in a very condescending way at every single transaction. The store also does not always sync discounts from the store display with their billing system, leading to issues at the tills. Yes, the store manager refunded the difference after I made my case. But the problem is that this should not have happened in the first place. Instead, this issue has happened several times in the past few months, resulting in uncomfortable situations for both parties.

Shocking customer service from the manager. Refused to refund an opened and unsanitary product due to sanitary issues? Under the consumer rights act 2013 you?ve sold a product not as described (sealed and sanitary) and refused to refund me?

Great customer service, the manager severed me on the till and he offered me products on offers and explained to me about the member card and student discount. Very pleased with the service.

Bad customer service. Staff with blonde wig isn?t welcoming at all and has a rude tone. Shop doesn?t open on time either, had to call them up to open the door on a rainy day. I agree with the below review of the service.
