Disappointed. And obviously no trust for any future shopping. Apparently Superdrug would not return if your item is its becomes faulty outside of 30 days. I always thought 30 days if I simply change my mind. Also my item became faulty very shortly after purchase but I had holiday to go to. Stupidly I trusted the name to sort it out for me.

Lovely staff lovely shop it?s a shame there?s no air conditioning in the store as it affects the products and you don?t want to be in the store for very long.

The woman on the till I believe Reanna as it says on my receipt was very unprofessional and stretching and yawning did not let me scan my health and beauty card. Sad to say it?s my local superdrug that me and my family wont ever be visiting again. Disgusting attitude.

Went in today served by women who was so rude. Hate going here prefer the Piccadilly one or Arndale. Some staff need to use there customer skills rather than acting like teenagers. Never coming here. Superdrug HQ should inspect this store and look how staff treat customers.

20th may 12 clock, two members of staff on the till, the lady serving was chatting to the customer she was serving . This is fine as it's nice to be polite , what's not nice when you carry on chatting for nearly a further five minutes as the customer is walking to the door and you can see a queue. My turn she doesn't even say hello , as I'm picking up an order she tells me someone else will get it then shouts next . She then asks the lad also serving to go get it , which he does with a sulk. On his way back he obviously doesn't want to go back serving ,as bringing my parcel was like him walking in reverse. Conclusion staff rude and slow .

The entrance was a bit dark and we almost missed the shop.
The aisles are a bit narrow when two people want to pass each other.
The range is ok. from the selection.
We wanted to buy some headache tablets for the children to suck, but unfortunately they weren't available.

I rang on a Sunday morning to enquire whether something I ordered online had arrived. I hadn't realised they don't open till 11:00 AM on Sundays and it was only 9:30 AM. The phone was answered by a young woman (Yes, I am only guessing because she sounded young). Despite being out of hours, she was incredibly helpful. She was polite, cheerful and happily checked my order. I was very impressed indeed. All stores need staff like this.

Very bad shop because yesterday I bought one Remmel but when I come home it was empty I think is for long year and dried I went in shops and Change but the same and I tell I want change with another company but they don?t accept and not help me so when if there very carefully because the the staff not friendly.
