I?d like to thank the staff member who was in charge and standing by the entrance. She was very cheerful, always smiling, and extremely helpful. Even with all my questions, she assisted me patiently and kindly. Truly appreciate her great attitude

Annabelle was extremely rude and dismissive when I was being served at the till. When i had told her i had discount she spoke to me as if i was bothering her by telling her this and was even on her phone.

Staff refusing entry at 5.50pm stated that the shop is closed because the staff will be leaving later than usual, I knew exact what item I needed and was going to go to the till straight away

Very bad experience went for eyebrows it was not even 7pm and she was ready to leave home .. when asked she was no I work till 7 but it wasn?t even 7?. If it was 7 I would not have said anything but it was still time to 7

Staff watch you weirdly like you're a thief, peeking at you from the end of every aisle you go down (multiple times). It's odd and unsettling. At the till its like they can't wait for you to be gone. Wish there was a self-serve option.

i went here with my mother in this branch and we didn?t like the employee?s attitude ( her name is ?emily? ) she was looking at us in such a weird way and when my mother wanted to pay for what she wants to buy we didn?t understand most of her words because we still don?t speak english that good then it looks like she looked at her co-worker and started laughing about us with her co-worker , that was annoying and we?re absolutely not coming back to this branch.

Tell me why every time a girl on the till has a ear piece she is always laughing and chit chatting very loudly with someone on it? Aisha was the only one on till and barely payed attention to what she was doing since she was too busy chit chatting, its not just her, most of them are like this.

Came here to get Aquaphor, the lip balm. I asked the pharmacist first and she was really blunt and rude and told me to go ask someone on the floor. I know it?s not on the floor and In the pharmacy as it?s medicated, so I asked a person on the shop floor and was shut down with ?I don?t know? straight away. No alternatives or anything, really disappointed used to love shopping here.
