A few months ago Verity at the pharmacy at this branch gave me genuinely life changing advice. For hydrocortisone to work properly I needed to moisturise half an hour before applying the steroid cream. I had very bad dermatitis at the time and by following this advice it cleared up in a matter of days. Now as soon as it appears I can deal with it straight away. I don't often use this branch but yesterday I was so happy to be able to thank Verity in person. Thank you again Verity. Fantastic customer service.

there was this lovely lady that helped me and unfortunately I couldn?t ruturn the favour since the WiFi didn?t work in there but she asked me to scan her barcode because I think they were doing this game thing withen the employees and she helped me pick out the perfect foundation thank you so much she had lovely back her or brown idk I forgot already ? but she was absolutely amazing and she helped me pick out a lip liner she tried servals one because I was being a bit picky and she found an amazing one u should definitely give this girl a raise

I have visited this Superdrug occasionally but it?s not usually my go to store. I nipped in two days ago and I wanted to purchase a product that required ID to be sold. Admittedly, I didn?t have my ID with me so I understood that the purchase wouldn?t be possible once I?d realised - I work in retail myself so I?m familiar with the rules. I wouldn?t have been disheartened by this process if the man at the till approached the situation with some politeness. However, he was extremely rude about not being able to sell the product to me, grabbing it out of my hand and throwing it behind him whilst saying ?Well, can?t serve it to you without ID.? I thought his attitude was really poor considering I could?ve been a customer with little knowledge about the ID rules, who may have taken this incident more personally. I believe he could do with some training - it?s not difficult to be polite and perhaps say ?I?m sorry but without your ID I can?t serve this product to you, I hope you understand.? I don?t look over 25 so I do understand that he can?t sell the product to me without ID but I really just didn?t appreciate the approach that he took; it made me feel as though I?d done something wrong by not carrying my ID. Because of this, I probably wouldn?t come back to this Superdrug as the service was just really unkind and rude.

Really bad costumer service. Very rude and unfriendly response from the guy who seems to be incharge when I enquired about something. This place can really use some customer survive training!! Especially that guy who ?seems? to be a higher authority.

Long queues. You will definitely feel like you are being monitored by security.
There's a rack of discounted 'damaged' products, half of which should frankly be thrown out.
Nasty staff. I was minding my own business trying to find a concealer match when a rude blond worker stopped me to chastise me with a 'Don't put on makeup here!' - Sorry, but I assume you have testers here for a reason? And I was going to wear it on my face, not a strip of paper, so I can't exactly test it properly without trying it on the skin, can I? Not to mention - there were plenty of other customers who were trying on product testers, too, so it seemed quite targeted for her to single me out to talk down on (can't say for certain if it was covert racism, but certainly a possibility, especially now that I've noticed other comments here).
