Was really pleased to find the Dove body scrub I was hunting for at Superdrug in Manchester Arndale. They had it in stock, which was a relief, though the range didn?t include the usual or more ordinary versions I?d hoped for. Store is tidy and staff were helpful.

First of all I have shown the student id and she didn?t give me the discount after that I went back to them and asked about this team leader came up to me and she said there is server down rn and then she asked me to come tomorrow I refused and asked she could check for me because it is impossible for me to go back again the next day she checked and I got the discount now she forgot to put one of my cream in bag. Now I have no choice I have to go back to them again. This is really frustrating situation I have been today. Really worst staff and worst management, very rude. I regret going there. I recommend not to visit the store you will have the worst experience.

Went into Superdrug today and got a few bits. Went to the till to pay and was served by Sinit. She was extremely rude. Wouldn?t let my boyfriend use his student discount when purchasing the items. They were my items but he was paying. HE was paying. She was very rude and told us we couldn?t use it. She should be taught some manners before working in customer service.

I came to get an eyeliner from a specific brand, and the sales lady talked me out of it and was extremely pressuring to buy another eyeliner, so I bought that one and it's absolute garbage. Don't come here if you have specific products in mind. Now I wasted my money on that product and will have to spend more to buy the eyeliner I originally intended.
