I asked for a bmt and as you would you assume its normal ingredients they put on only to find out it was turkey ham not real ham im allergic to turkey i just dont get why you can call something tirkeu ham its either ham or turkey im now in a and e nice one ?if i fidnt like i certain curry i wouldnt get it it doesnt mean tjey have to start making lettuce chicken tikka bullshit never go here

I order a sub, the two ladies, behind the counter today were useless, they can even make a sandwich, my sub fell apart in the car as soon as i opened it, the cheese was stuck half on the bread & half on the white paper, which meant i could not pick up my sub, without everything falling apart and the bread ripping! Cmon guys sort out your staff, and train them how to put together sandwich !!!!

Staff were super friendly and they even offered to change their gloves when I asked for the vegetarian foot long sub.
You can choose anything you want and all the food displays were super clean.
It?s quite small inside but for those taking away or a few needing to sit down, it?s absolutely fine.
Will definitely go again!

I ordered a veggie delight through deliveroo. I wanted cheese, all the salad and mayo. It came with just peppers and mayo. I called to query as that isn't what I had ordered. A very rude woman answered that's what they had received through. There's clearly a problem with deliveroo ordering in that case but rather than trying to sort the issue with me she hung up on me. Charming. I'm a regular customer and needless to say I won't be ordering from them again.

Their chip and pin doesn't work for any bank cards. However, I'm sure the contactless works just fine but when you have a card that doesn't do contactless then this is a big issue. Luckily I had spare change to pay for the order but seriously sort out your card reader. I've never had this problem anywhere else.

I was served by Mathew, honestly he had incredible customer service extremely polite and hospitable. The best subway experience I have ever had all because of mathew. Only a promotion would be fit for Mathews incredible service

I came in to order 2 foot long sandwiches with the offer of kids free meals with sandwiches only to be told that they don?t do it. I have checked, the website states this store is one of the participating stores, and it was just a decline of offer without a good reason why. I also wanted to order chicken breast with teriyaki sauce only to be told that this also can not be fulfilled either as it was not an allowed formula to give. As far as I know, in subway you can create your own sub, so I wasn?t sure why this was not the case today. I am normally served my order without hassle in this store, but this is not the first time I had trouble getting my order with one staff member who is typically in on evenings, who lacks customer service skills and often argumentative. I would have to think twice about going there again.

Fairly standard Subway, can be tricky to park close by (there is a certain other very popular takeaway a few doors down which seems to attract a lot of people!).

Very unprofessional. Won?t let you use your sub points in store. Also if you place a large order such as a few boxes of cookies they will refuse it. Not friendly at all.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair friendly as there?s a massive step.

First timer. Got a cheese steak sub with jalapeños, peppers and onions. No cookies available, so got crisps. By and large a decent meal, priced at 3.99 (after vouchers applied). Staff friendly enough, clean environment, but apparently you can't eat in after 7.30pm. What's that all about?! In summary, decent and would go again.
