Came here after a night shift in the morning (2/11/2024) checked online said the opening time was 7:30, arrived at 08:20 after filling up with fuel went to place my order on the kiosk before being shouted at not to/spoken to rudely as "They don't open until 8:00" didn't think much of it until I got home and realised that they're meant to open up at 7:30 and even if they did open at 8:00 instead i was there 20 minutes past opening time.
Think they either need to amend their times online or actually open up when the rest of the Franchise open.
I'd give zero stars if I could on the basis of how I was spoken to.

Poor service, was waiting around for nearly 10 minutes and not once was acknowledged by one of the members of staff. This isn?t the first time this has happened and I left the store before wasting any more of my time.

Absolutely disgusting I came at 7.30am Monday morning Middleton rd subway it states on website opens 7.30am a horrible little woman Jhorth stated it didn?t open till 8am when you can actually pay on the machine at 7.30am then have to wait 30minutes for your food so annoying when you arrive at the time stated wow

The issue is not the workers. But it is clearly a management issue. There is one worker trying to complete 12 separate orders during after work rush hour. Bless her, she was doing her best. She was juggling in person customer, and delivery drivers. She was overwhelmed. It wasn?t her fault.

Disgusting subway, staff were unhygienic, I witnessed a staff member come from the back, not wash her hands, put gloves on and then begin serving customers. the food is substandard, the staff are untrained and the management is non existent. I will be referring you to food standard agency and subway UK.

Worker charged me for double the food and tried to tell me it was correct. I had to recheck the receipt and go back in for refund.It was really stressful to make the order because she couldn't understand me.
